Francesca Hilton, the daughter of 97-year-old Zsa Zsa Gabor and the late Conrad Hilton, died after suffering a fatal stroke on Monday, aged 67.
In a statement for the L.A. Times, her publicist Edward Lozzi said: “We were on the phone minutes before she died. We were discussing her book she was writing and a possible deal. She had to go to the restroom. She never made it out.”
Lozzi also revealed that Hilton’s fiancé Michael Natsis was at the scene. He tried to administer CPR to Hilton along with paramedics before she was rushed to Ceders-Sinai Hospital, where she was later pronounced dead.
Francesca Hilton was the only child of famous actress Zsa Zsa Gabor. Personally, Hilton was involved in various endeavors, such as photography, acting, and publicity.
Paris Hilton’s great aunt certainly had her 5 minutes of fame in the past years. Most recently, he openly spoke against her mother’s ninth husband, Frédéric Prinz von Anhalt. He later sued Hilton for forging his signature on a $2 million loan.
Francesca’s father, Conrad Hilton, was a well known hotel magnate who, despite his gargantuan tourism legacy, left his daughter only $100,000 of his multimillion dollar fortune. He died in 1979, leaving behind one of the most recognizable hotel franchises in the world.
