The 65-year-old Caitlyn Jenner was involved in a fatal multi-car accident back in February, after which one woman was killed and seven other people injured.
Jenner was supposed to be prosecuted for vehicular manslaughter, however, according to the newest reports, that won’t happen after all.
The Accident
The driver of the Lexus, 69-year-old Kim Howe, died at the scene.”
It was up to the prosecutors to decide whether Caitlyn should be charged for her role in the crash, but now TMZ reports the star is innocent after all as they have reportedly determined that Caitlyn’s crash was marked as a negligent, not a criminal conduct.
Deepest Sympathy
After the accident, Caitlyn expressed her deepest sympathy through an official statement released by her publicist. The note read:
“My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident. It is a devastating tragedy, and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible.”
