Will and Kate have retreated from the public eye and found refuge at Anmer Hall on the queen’s Sandringham Estate in Norfolk, England.

The royal couple wish to raise their children as normally as possible, much like Princess Diana did with William and his brother Harry.

Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spent a reported $2.5 million renovating the 10-room mansion equipped with a tennis court and a swimming pool.

Their newborn baby and toddler will have plenty of private space, and it’s unlikely their parents will lose any sleep thanks to Maria Teresa Turrion Borrallo, the couple’s nanny who has been with the family for a little over a year.

Kate’s parents, Carole and Michael Middleton, also spend plenty of time at Anmer Hall, helping raise their grandchildren.

A source close to the couple revealed to PEOPLE Magazine that Will and Kate “don’t have any plans other than to have a proper family life.“
