It seems it was just yesterday when Victoria and David Beckham announced they were expecting their first child. The couple’s oldest son Brooklyn, possibly named after the place where he was conceived, turned 16 on Mar 4, with dad David posting a throwback photo of the two of them on Facebook.

“Happy Birthday to my big boy xx,” the soccer star captioned the photo, which show him and his son as a teenager and him and his son as a toddler on the soccer field.

Brooklyn Beckham also received a pair of beige sneakers from Kanye West’s own Adidas Yeezy 750 line and soon posted a photo of himself wearing his birthday present. The sneakers reportedly retail for $1500.

“Thanks Kanye for the yeezys,” Brooklyn wrote in his thank you note to Kanye next to the picture he posted on Instagram.

Speaking of Instagram, since Brooklyn came to the social media site back in November 2014, he has gathered as many as 350,000 followers who have been eager to see young Brooklyn modeling, participating in fashion shows and occasionally helping mom with their big family.
