8. Courtney Love Admits She Took Heroin While Pregnant

Courtney Love took heroin while pregnant with Frances Cobain, daughter of late singer Kurt Cobain. Convinced heroin wouldn’t hurt an unborn child, Love decided to shoot up for old times’ sake, but claims she only did it once.

Cobain and Love’s drug troubles were well known in the ’90s, and heroin was their poison of choice.

According to autopsy reports, Cobain had potentially lethal levels of heroin in his body after taking his own life.

The duo’s drug use was so extensive that there were even reports their child was born addicted to heroin. Earlier statements from Love made it clear she used heroin in the early stages of her pregnancy while still unaware she was with child.
