13. Lindsay Lohan Arrested Twice For DUI

Lindsay Lohan and her ongoing legal and drug-related troubles date back to 2007 and two arrests for driving under the influence. Since then, Lohan has been in and out of rehab, in and out of courthouses, and on occasion, in and out of jail.

Lohan was on probation for the 2007 incidents until 2012, and getting arrested for shoplifting in 2011 did not help.

Lohan even admitted to wanting to go to jail “to have some peace and just have no choice but to just sit and be.”

As opposed to many other celebrities on our list, Lohan’s drug of choice is actually booze, as she says she never really enjoyed snorting cocaine.
