6. Raw Veggie Diet
If we had to choose, Katie Holmes’ version of this diet is probably the weirdest one.
Her way of losing weight involves having carrot soup and yam for lunch, broccoli for dinner, and an occasional almond snack.
Fruits are nowhere to be found in Katie’s diet, since they include a large concentration of sugar.
Once again, skipping breakfast for weight loss is bad, people – and in this case, we can’t figure out how the actress avoids hunger, especially since her meals are so one-sided.
