Next to Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom was the main attraction of “Pirates of the Caribbean.”

But before showing us his skill with a bow and arrow in “Lord of the Rings,” Bloom used to have a similar profession.

Yes, Orlando did work at a shooting range, but he wasn’t the one doing the shooting. His job actually consisted of pulling a lever or pushing a button in order for a clay pigeon to fly.

Perhaps it was his experience as a clay pigeon operator that pushed him into trying to shoot them for himself. Nonetheless, Bloom doesn’t regret doing this job, as his only comment was: “It was wild.”
