He can thank his unorthodox styling which includes a lot of beads and bracelets. But he wasn’t always as exotic as he is today.

Before showing his acting skills in movies like “Edward Scissorhands,” “Pirates of the Caribbean,” and “Alice in Wonderland,” Johnny Depp was a pen salesman. Just imagine one of the most interesting faces in Hollywood doing one of the most boring jobs ever.

Perhaps Depp would someday become a master at selling customized pens on the phone if it wasn’t for the meddling Nicolas Cage, who managed to pull Johnny from his awful job and into the world of acting.
