At first, we could swear that Ricky Martin is probably one of the biggest womanizers in the world.

He’s handsome, he’s energetic, and he has a beautiful voice – in short, a true dream guy for the ladies.

But as it turned out, he wasn’t actually for the ladies.

Not only did the Puerto Rican singer amass an army of gay followers by the time his hit “Livin’ la Vida Loca” was released in the late ‘90s, but the rumors about his own sexuality really seemed probable.

Martin didn’t want to confirm or deny these rumors for another decade until he ultimately admitted to being gay by saying: “I am proud to say that I am a fortunate homosexual man.” No big surprise there.
