Just when we thought she couldn’t cause another scandal, Miley Cyrus gets into trouble again. Only this time, we can’t really say it’s her fault, but we believe every normal person would learn a few things after the first two times someone broke into their home!
Yesterday, Sellner was charged with one felony count apiece of first-degree residential burglary according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, and the perpetrator pleaded not guilty.
The last two times Miley got burgled were on May 30, when thieves drove off in her Maserati Quattroporte, and in 2013 on the day before her 21st birthday.
It’s still unknown as to whether or not Miley was at home at the time of the break-in, but as far as we can tell from her Instagram account, she was out of town.
According to the DA’s Office, Sellner has two prior convictions in Ventura County for burglary and evading arrest, and if found guilty in this newest case, he’s facing a maximum sentence of seven years and eight months in prison.
