The famous starlet found the time for some spiritual ascending, despite her busy schedule. Namely, on Sunday, July 6, she attended a church service with the pastor who officiated at her wedding in Florence this May.
The star was joined by big sister Kourtney Kardashian, as they together attended a church service at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, where Pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. was preaching.
Later, he shared the picture via Instagram, and the caption read “Had the whole gang in church tonite. Jesus is alive and he is moving. The best is yet to come.”
The picture was also shared by Kim along with the thoughtful adage “The family that prays together stays together. Such a great service tonight.”
Wilkerson is a good friend of the famous couple. They have known each other for around two years now, since they first met when the famous couple visited one of his church services.
While focused on his sermons at the Trinity Church in Miami, the pastor and his beautiful wife DawnChere Wilkerson apparently had a blast in Europe during the wedding of Kim and Kanye. They were taking numerous pictures of themselves on jets, at the Eiffel Tower and inside the wedding venue, Forte di Belvedere.
The pastor shared a photo of himself, his wife and the new Mr. and Mrs. West on their wedding day, via Instagram. He commented, “So happy for these two. Grateful for their friendship. The best is yet to come #marriedlifeisthebestlife.”
Even though pastor Wilkerson seems to be a very open-minded man of cloth, we sure hope he somehow managed not to see Kanye’s explicit video for the song “Bound 2”. He just might be bound to ban them from attending his services. Or at least ask them not to come by motorcycle.
