Namely, the 31-year-old reality TV star offered her help to a heartbroken fan during a Twitter chat recently, by giving her a useful piece of advice following her break-up.
“What’s your greatest piece of advice for a girl with a broken heart?” Khloé’s fan asked the TV star via Twitter, and Khloé replied:
“Let it hurt, don’t pretend it doesn’t. Then brush yourself off, realize it’s his loss, and move on up!!”
The Lamar Episode
Khloé has had a pretty rough period in her own love life in recent months after her estranged husband, Lamar Odom, was found in a critical condition following a drug overdose in October.
She was more than supportive during his recovery, and even though Khloé admitted 2015 was “the worst year” of her life, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star is doing her best to stay positive.
“Sometimes a little ice cream helps when you are down in the dumps,” Khloé said in her personal video she shared recently. “But you know what? Music is a mood changer. If I am sad and I listen to something sad, a love song or whatever, I am going to be sadder and cry. I work out so much better when I am sad or upset. I have so much energy when I am angry. So either go to the gym, watch a funny movie, watch some good light-hearted TV, or call one of your girlfriends that always makes you laugh.”
