After more than two years of happy life together, The Big Bang Theory star Johnny Galecki and his actress girlfriend, beautiful Kelli Garner, have unfortunately split.

A friendly break-up?

Apparently the couple broke up on friendly terms and since their split was amicable, an inside source claims they are still best friends.

However, the actor who plays the famous nerd, Dr. Leonard Hofstadter in the popular comedy series, was in fact seen attending the Emmys on his own on Monday.

The now former couple made their romance public in March 2012, but the two stars are said to have been dating under the radar for months before.

Johnny and Kelli reportedly enjoyed a romantic holiday in Mexico just after they had attended another Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco‘s wedding to Ryan Sweeting in December 2013.

This getaway must have been a nice outlet for Johnny since he was the one to previously date Cuoco, so this wedding probably wasn’t much fun for the actor.

What about “The Big Bang Theory” season 8?

About a month ago the production finally resumed after the cast refreshed their hefty contracts. Johnny, Kaley and Jim Parsons followed the trend of their peers from the New York based sitcom “Friends” and will be now getting $1million per episode. How about them apples?

Just a friendly reminder, their previous salaries were around $100,000 per show, so, yeah… The sitcom must be earning loads of money.
