And Felicity Jones is probably going to be one of them, as it turns out she might play the female lead in a future Star Wars movie.

The star of “The Theory of Everything” is currently in talks to join the project, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The movie is set to be directed by Gareth Edwards, while Chris Weitz is writing the script.

Along with Rooney Mara and Tatiana Maslany, Jones is one of the actresses who are possibly joining one of the most popular franchises in the world.

As for Gareth Edwards, we saw his latest success at directing the “Godzilla.” The blockbuster managed to accumulate over $216 million on a global level. We can see why he was chosen to helm Lucasfilm’s and Disney’s next “Star Wars” movie.
