As William and Kate are preparing for the birth of their second baby, David Beckham, being an experienced dad as he really is, has offered some friendly advice to the England’s most famous couple.
Experienced father
“They definitely need to get some more sleep before this little one arrives,” joked David.
The former England captain had a guest appearance at the New York Fashion Week, while he was supporting his wife Victoria as she presented her new Spring/Summer 2015 collection.
David had nothing but nice things to say about the Duchess and William for their parenting skills.
“Obviously I’ve known William for quite a few years, and he is such a great person, such a great dad. Catherine is exactly the same. She’s a great mum and obviously with the commitments that they have, to be a great mum and dad is pretty incredible,” said David proudly.
Public support
David is not the only one famous person to publically show support for the Cambridges. In fact, social networks were pretty much swamped over the past few days with enthusiastic messages for William and Kate, when Kate’s pregnancy was officially revealed online.
However, British politicians were actually the first to react.
“Many congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. I’m delighted by the happy news they they’re expecting another baby,” Prime Minister David Cameron tweeted on Monday.
Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg also stated his congrats. “Congratulations to the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge on the news that #RoyalBaby number two is on the way.”
We certainly wish them all the best with their new family endeavor.
