8. George Michael

Thanks to his singing talent, George Michael reached fame mostly while being a part of the pop group Wham!, but it was his run-ins with the law that really made him recognizable, as the singer got arrested on multiple occasions later in his life.

In 1997, Michael earned his first arrest after an undercover cop caught him “engaging in a lewd act” in a public park restroom.

Aside from strange sexual activities, the singer got arrested a couple of times in 2007 and 2008 for drug possession.

The 52-year-old pop star’s last arrest happened in August 2010, as he was apprehended for possession of marijuana and a DUI.
