10. Sean Penn

While he’s usually a very calm person on the big screen, actor Sean Penn had his encounters with the law during the course of his career.

The star of “Milk” and “Fast Times at Ridgemont High” might be a skilled actor, but is also known for being a very angry person.

Even though his rap sheet doesn’t involve any serious crimes, Penn is what you may call “that guy who paparazzi’s run away from.”

His first incident involving the press happened in 1986, when he got arrested for assaulting a photographer.

Sean Penn served 60 days in jail for that, but came out of it none the wiser. He did the same thing again in 2009, only this time he pleaded no contests to a misdemeanor vandalism charge.
