Michelle Rodriguez is either a really good actress, or a really problematic individual. Not only is she usually portraying bad girls on the big screen, but she’s also one in real life.

The “Fast and the Furious” star really likes to live fast and drive furiously, as most of the events attached to her criminal record come in the form of DUI’s and violating probations.

In 2006, the actress served 4 and a half hours of a 60-day jail sentence for violating probation, on which she was thanks to a DUI she got in 2005.

Then, in January 2008, Rodriguez actually served jail time for another DUI. But even though she got sentenced for 180 days in jail, she got out after only 18 days, due to overcrowding.
