Mila Kunis just can’t enjoy life with her family without any bumps on the road. After being sued over a chicken theft, the actress’ stalker is now somewhere roaming the area. The stalker, who was actually convicted not once but twice of stalking Mila Kunis (he sure is persistent, we’ll give him that) has escaped from a mental health facility in Pomona, California! The troubling news was announced by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department’s Lt. Martin Rodriguez earlier today.

Stuart Lynn Dunn, Mila’s stalker, allegedly made an “unauthorized departure” (in other words, he escaped and ran as fast as he could) from the facility in Los Angeles County on Saturday.

According to Rodriguez, the County Sheriff’s Department’s asked for help in order to locate Dunn, and the manhunt for him is “in progress and ongoing.” Kunis, as well as her husband and the father of her child Ashton Kutcher, were alerted of Dunn’s disappearance.

The famed Hollywood actress’ stalker was sent to the mental health facility after pleading no contest to the felony of stalking Mila Kunis back in January 2013. Escapee Stuart Lynn Dunn was originally given a restraining order, which required him to keep his distance from Kunis after he was arrested in January 2012 for breaking into a home the actress owned.

In May of the same year, he was arrested again after following the actress to a gym facility she goes to.
