6. Lisa Kudrow

Like Meryl Streep, Lisa Kudrow is also a Vassar College graduate, but with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychobiology.

Kudrow graduated in 1985 and planned to pursue a career in medical research and follow in her father’s footsteps, who was a physician.

Kudrow was also a varsity-level tennis player in high school and college and a well-rounded brainiac, but a friend of her brother’s, comedian Jon Lovitz, convinced her to quit her dream of being a researcher and try her luck in acting.

As far as her college days go, Kudrow shared that she became quite the craftsman in the lab: “In college I castrated 21 rats. I got pretty good at it!”
