Kylie Jenner, daughter of Kris Jenner and Bruce Jenner, bought her first home at the tender age of 17. Price tag? $2.7 Million!

Kim Kardashian’s sister decided to venture out on her own, buying herself a party pad in The Oaks community, in Calabasas, California.

Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian are also the residents of this exclusive gated community.

Although Kylie is footing the bill by herself, thanks to her TV and modeling paychecks, mom Kris is handling the logistics of purchasing the new house.

Kylie’s new 4,900-square-foot, 5-bedroom home comes with a pool, spa, library and a home theatre room. The third garage is being added so that the young star can park all of her vehicles and then some.

The Oaks community recently ousted Justin Bieber for his over-the-top partying and non-neighborly ways. The residents must be thrilled that Kylie and Bibs are good friends and that he may be in fact back in their area.

Kylie Jenner will move in August 2015, by which time she will be 18.
