18. James Woods
He enrolled in a linear algebra course at UCLA and if he hadn’t made it in acting, he would have continued studying political science at MIT, getting a full scholarship.
He was nominated for the United States Air Force Academy, and was even offered a scholarship from the prestigious John Hopkins University since he intended to also go to medical school.
“My attitude about Hollywood is that I wouldn’t walk across the street to pull one of those executives out of the snow if he was bleeding to death. Not unless I was paid for it. None of them ever did me any favors,” said James on one occasion. It appears he’s not only intelligent, but witty, smart and has great sense of humor.
“I think it’s safe to say people are going to be interested in Kim Kardashian’s love choices for the next 30 years. But they can take a minute to think about the new robotic arm that could replace the one they lost to cancer. Then they can keep thinking about Kim Kardashian.”
James Woods, ladies and gentlemen. Quite a visionary.
