14. Robert Blake

This American actor is most famous for starring in the movie called “In Cold Blood” back in 1967, and that’s exactly how he murdered his wife 34 years later.

On May 4, 2001, Blake’s wife Bonnie Lee Bakley was shot and killed while sitting in a car outside a Studio City, California restaurant. Blake was reportedly inside the restaurant at the time, retrieving a gun that he’d left at his table.

A year later, Blake was arrested and charged with first degree murder, but despite the testimony of two men who claimed that he attempted to hire them to kill his wife, Blake was found not guilty by the jury.

However, Bakley’s three children filed a civil suit against Robert in 3 years later and he was finally accused guilty for the wrongful death of his wife Bonnie.
