12. Snoop (Dogg) Lion

The famous rapper changed his name to Snoop Lion last year and was rechristened by a Rastafarian priest in Jamaica, however, that cannot quite make up for the fact that Snoop was responsible for the arranged hit of the rival gang member.

Back in 1993, Snoop Dogg was arrested in connection with the death of Phillip Woldermarian, a member of a rival gang who was shot and killed by Snoop’s bodyguard, McKinley Lee.

Snoop was charged with murder as he was driving the car from which the shooting had happened. Nevertheless, they were both acquitted.

Lee was released on grounds of self-defense (!?), but Snoop on the other hand, remained entangled for years in legal battles around this notorious case.
