15. Val Kilmer

He was Batman. He was the Saint. He was the best wingman ever. Now he’s just some former actor that got into a fight with movie producers, lost, and found comfort in chewing down on junk food.

His big break happened in 1985, in the comedy “Real Genius,” which brought him moderate popularity very quickly, only to be followed by “Top Gun,” one of the most famous movies ever.

“Top Gun” sky-rocketed Kilmer as “Iceman,” a Navy pilot and best friend to Tom Cruise. Kilmer even became somewhat of a Hollywood sex symbol at the time, with girlfriends such as Cher and Ellen Barkin.

Up until 2000, Val Kilmer had some major success in movies like “Batman Forever,” “The Island of Dr. Moreau,” and “The Saint.” But since his first major box office disaster “Red Planet,” Kilmer completely let himself go, and now looks like the guy that ate Val Kilmer.
