Steven Seagal was a martial artist and action star, famous for movies like “Under Seige” and “Fire Down Below.”

But now, as he has gotten older and packed on some pounds, his action hero days have fallen behind him and though he still does some roles, his career is just not quite the same.

According to many people that had the “pleasure” of working with Seagal, he is not really a team player. He can get pushy, egoistic and selfish, and that’s probably why he didn’t receive an offer for a project in years.

Recently, there were rumors that the once famous action-icon will be joining one of Stallone’s “The Expendables” movies, but Seagal shut down those rumors by calling the cast of the movie “not action material, but funny and unprofessional.”

Comments like this can really tell what kind of a person Steven Seagal is and why he hasn’t starred in a good movie since 1998’s “The Patriot.”
