While filming “Stuck on You” back in 2003, the actor went into a Miami Beach bar to blow off some steam, and when he realized paparazzi were after him, Damon hid behind the bar in order to escape them.

This is when, Luciana Barroso, a bartender at the bar, found him and apparently it was love at first sight.

Two years later, on September 5, 2005, he popped the question with a classic and elegant platinum ring she wears to this day.

Matt and Luciana married in a small, private, city hall ceremony 3 months later.

Hmm… Something good can come from paparazzi every now and then.
